How to Delete Your Toon It! Account
We're sorry to see you go. Follow these steps to request complete deletion of your Toon It! account and associated data:

Send a deletion request email

"Account Deletion Request".

Include your account email
In the body of the email, include the email address you used to sign up for Toon It! so we can locate your account.

We verify and process
We will verify your identity and process the deletion within 30 days of receiving your request.

Confirmation
You will receive a confirmation email once your account and data have been deleted.
What Data Is Deleted vs. Retained
When your account is deleted, the following actions are taken:

⚠️ Note: Purchase transaction records are retained for up to 7 years as required by tax and legal regulations. These records are anonymized after account deletion.
⚠️ This action is permanent. Once your account is deleted, your generated videos, remaining credits, and all associated data cannot be recovered.
Delete Data Without Deleting Your Account
You can also request deletion of specific data while keeping your account active:
- Individual videos: Delete specific videos from your My Videos page.
- Specific data: Email [email protected] to request deletion of specific data (e.g., analytics history, uploaded photos) while keeping your account.
